Safe At Home advocates for people with disabilities. Home Care Services are offered for those pre-approved through Local Area on Aging Agencies with CHOICE or SSBG Grants, and Medicaid Waivers having Safe At Home as the provider or through private pay by the customer.

When a family member or interested party contacts us, we first request detailed information about your situation. Then, an initial assessment will be completed at his or her place of residence.
The assessment includes an evaluation of physical and emotional health, level of functioning, social factors, and safety. We pinpoint problem areas and discuss recommendations. Finally, a complete service plan is drawn up. Fees are presented during the initial contact.
We customize each care plan to meet your needs. We provide the opportunity to meet with prospective caregivers to ensure a compatible client/caregiver match.
